The CMCG Leadership Collective serves as the leadership development division of CMCG Leadership & Community Solutions. Through fellowship programs, leadership development experiences, coaching, workforce initiatives, and professional learning opportunities, the Collective prepares leaders to create impact within organizations, communities, and systems.
