CMCG Leadership & Community Solutions was founded on the belief that meaningful change happens when strong leadership, effective systems, and engaged communities work together.
After spending more than 15 years leading healthcare, public health, workforce development, and community initiatives, Dr. Cartyea C. Mathies recognized a common challenge across organizations: many had a vision for impact but lacked the structure, strategy, leadership capacity, or implementation support needed to achieve sustainable results.
CMCG was created to help bridge that gap.
Today, CMCG works alongside organizations, institutions, and communities to transform ideas into action through consulting, leadership development, workforce initiatives, facilitation, and strategic partnerships.

Dr. Cartyea C. Mathies, DHA, MPH
Dr. Cartyea C. Mathies is a healthcare executive, public health leader, speaker, facilitator, and leadership strategist with extensive experience leading initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, systems transformation, workforce development, community engagement, and equitable outcomes.
Throughout her career, she has managed multimillion-dollar initiatives, developed statewide programs, facilitated cross-sector partnerships, and supported organizations in navigating complex operational and organizational challenges.
Her leadership philosophy centers on helping individuals and organizations move beyond planning and into action by building the systems, relationships, and leadership capacity necessary for long-term success.
