Dr. CarTyea Mathies is the Founder & CEO of CMCG Leadership & Community Solutions, and a trusted strategic partner in public health and healthcare strategy. With more than two decades of executive leadership across local, state, and federal systems, she brings the perspective of someone who has led the work herself — not just advised on it from the outside.

Her experience spans statewide program direction, operating budgets as large as $76 million, healthcare quality improvement and regulatory compliance, curriculum development, webinars and stakeholder engagement, legislative and policy relationship-building, fundraising and grant strategy, executive search and workforce strategy, and equity-focused, data-driven research.
